On Monday, July 1, 2024, Safe Water Sports stood out by winning the Gold Award at the BOUSSIAS Education Leaders Awards in the category "Outreach, Educational Visits & Experiential Learning in Private Primary Education | Elementary School" for the Safe Water Sports Educational Kit on Safety at Sea, Water Sports, and Swimming Pools.

On the occasion of the National Day for Prevention of Marine Accidents and Drownings (May 11), the Ministry of Shipping and Island Policy, in collaboration with the non-profit organization Safe Water Sports, organized a special event focusing on water safety. During the event, data from the Accident Observatory regarding drownings and injuries in our country were presented.

On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, the annual awards for Manager of the Year 2023 were held, honoring the best professionals in each field.

On Friday, October 20th, the 5th Conference of Musqueteers of Safe Water Sports was held at the Neraida Floating Museum in Floisvos Marina.

The actions of SWS were presented on Tuesday July 18, 2023, at the Presidential Palace during a governmental meeting led by Deputy Minister to the President, Mrs. Eirini Piki.

Safe Water Sports won the Gold Award in the category of Educational Visits & Experiential Learning - Private Educational Institution.

SafeWaterSports, had the official launch of the "Ocean Lab" on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 11:00 in commemoration of May 11th as the "National Day for Prevention of Maritime Accidents and Drowning."

With great success, the first webinar about the "Safe Swimming Program" was held on Thursday, December 8, 2022. 

On Friday, October 7th, the 4th Conference of Musqueteers of Safe Water Sports was held at the Neraida Floating Museum in Floisvos Marina.
