Safe Water Sports has been awarded numerous prizes and distinctions regarding the protection of human life and reduction of drownings and accidents in the aquatic environment, such as:
• •Award for NGO-Non Profit Organization Manager of the Year 2023
On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, the annual Manager of the Year 2023 awards ceremony took place, honoring the best professionals in each field. With great honor, the President and Founder of SWS stood out among the competitors and received the Manager of the Year 2023 award in the NGO category
•Gold Award for Ocean Lab at the Education Leaders Awards 2023
On Monday, July 3rd, the Education Leaders Awards 2023 took place, organized by BOUSSIAS events, at the Conference Center of the University of Western Attica. Safe Water Sports won the Gold Award in the category of Educational Visits & Experiential Learning - Private Educational Institution for their program "Ocean Lab: An interactive program for children's safety at sea." The Chairwoman of the Judging Committee was Ms. Anna Diamantopoulou.
• Honorary award at AMVER AWARDS 2021
On Tuesday, December 14, the non-profit Organization Safe Water Sports and its President, Mr. Panagiotis-Michail Paschalakis was awarded at the annual AMVER Awards ceremony, regarding its contribution about safety reinforcement in the aquatic environment. The ceremony was organized by the International Propeller Club of the United States & the International Port of Piraeus in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Greece & the U.S. Coast Guard.
• The Academy of Athens Awards 2019
On December 19th, the President and Founder of the non-profit Organization, Safe Water Sports, Mr. Panagiotis-Michail Paschalakis was awarded with an honorary award of social contribution, ''Class of ethics and political sciences'' by the President of the Academy of Athens, Mr. Vasilis Petrakos, at the annual festive meeting organized by the Academy of Athens.
• Gold Award at the Educational Leaders Awards 2018
On May 18th, 2018, Safe Water Sports won the Gold Award at the Education Leaders Awards, organized by Boussias Communication, regarding the development of an educational program that informs children about their safety at sea, in water sports and in the swimming pool.
• Honorary award at the Mobile Excellence Awards 2018
The Mobile Excellence Awards 2018 ceremony powered by DIS, was organized for the 4th year in a row by Boussias Communications and the "ELTRUN" Laboratory of the Athens University of Economics and Business in collaboration with the Association of Mobile Application Companies of Greece, on September 19th, 2018. The honorary award was given for the creation of the innovative Safe Water Sports mobile app.
