The fourth educational awareness center of Safe Water Sports for children & young people opened on Monday, August 2, 2021 at Koukounaries beach in Skiathos island.

The awareness center was officially launched in the Presence of the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Harris Theocharis, the Deputy Minister of Education, Mrs. Zetta M. Makri, the Mayor of Skiathos, Mr. Thodoris Tzoumas, the representative of the Port Authorities of Skiathos, Captain Mr. Nikolaos Katsambas, the Technical Advisor of the Panhellenic Association of Coaches & Lessors of sea-based recreational activities, Mr. Michalis Vlachos and the President of the Organization, Mr. Panagiotis Paschalakis.

The first awareness center was created in collaboration with the Municipality of Mykonos (at Kalo Livadi beach), then with the Municipality of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni (at Kavouri beach) and finally with the Municipality of Tanagra (at Plaka beach in Delesi). During summertime, the purpose of the centers' creation is to educate children at all ages on how to protect themselves at sea!
