The purpose of the successful annual ceremony for the Manager of the Year, held at the Megaron Athens Concert Hall in the Banquet Hall, is to bring together all sectors of the market and honor entrepreneurs who excel in each field. During the evening, amidst intense competition, Mr. Panagiotis Paschalakis, President and Founder of Safe Water Sports, stood out and received the special Manager of the Year 2023 award in the NGO Non-Profit Organization category. Upon receiving the award, he emphasized that the organization is a purely voluntary initiative aimed at water safety in the aquatic environment. He thanked the team, partners, and expressed gratitude for the award, as well as the collaboration with the Ministry of Shipping and the Hellenic Coast Guard over the years. Moreover, he announced that starting next year, the organization will also operate in Cyprus, establishing Safe Water Sports Cyprus.

The judges for the awards included 50 senior executives and representatives of the Greek business community.

Government representatives and institutional figures participated in the award ceremony, along with more than 550 business leaders.
